Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Director of Program Management, Integrated Solutions to lead end-to-end enterprise-scale customer facility expansion projects leveraging Repligen technologies. You will oversee planning, design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, qualification support, handover, and closeout from contract award.

The role drives governance, standards, tools, and best practices; will recruit, develop, and mentor a team of Project Managers to enable growth and successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of life sciences industry experience in program, project management, or project engineering.
• 7+ years leading complex capital bioprocessing, manufacturing, or engineered-system projects through delivery.
• Progressive leadership in regional operations, program management, or project execution with accountability for delivery.
• Ability to establish project governance, prioritize resources, manage risk, and lead escalations and decisions.
• At least 3 years of people leadership, talent development, and building team capability.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Lead cross-functional alignment to translate design requirements into integrated process solutions.
• Project execution: Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and within scope with quality.
• Stakeholder alignment: Coordinate across internal and external partners to resolve issues and dependencies.
• Organizational leadership: Recruit, develop, coach, and retain project management talent and establish accountability.
• Project Management Tools and Standards: Develop and improve PM tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting.
• Partnership strategy: Develop strategies with engineering firms, system integrators, and suppliers.
• Project Closeout & Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and translate into product/process improvements.
