Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Director, Program Management, Integrated Solutions to lead end-to-end enterprise-scale facility expansion projects using Repligen technologies, including bioprocess equipment, automation and software, consumables, and third‑party interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of life sciences industry experience in program/project management, GMP manufacturing, scale-up, commissioning, qualification, and global project execution.
• 7+ years leading complex capital, bioprocessing or engineered-system projects from pre-sale through customer handover.
• Progressive leadership in regional operations, program management, or project execution with P&L accountability.
• Ability to establish governance, prioritize resources, manage risk, and drive escalation decisions.
• 3+ years of people leadership including talent development and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team alignment to translate design requirements into integrated process solutions.
• Oversee project execution to deliver safely, on time, and within budget while managing scope, risks, and quality.
• Coordinate across internal functions and external partners to resolve issues and enable delivery.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing PMs; set expectations and succession plans.
• Develop and improve standardized PM tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting for governance.
