Job summary

Repligen Corporation in the United States seeks a Director, Program Management, Integrated Solutions to drive end-to-end enterprise-scale customer facility expansion projects leveraging Repligen technologies. You will lead cross-functional teams from contract award through planning, design, manufacturing, installation, and handover.

This role requires a strong track record in GMP manufacturing, bioprocessing projects, and global delivery, plus 3+ years of people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of life sciences industry experience including program/project management, GMP manufacturing, scale-up, commissioning, qualification, validation, and global project execution.
• 7+ years leading complex capital bioprocessing/manufacturing or engineered-system projects from pre-sale through delivery.
• 3+ years of people leadership, talent development, and succession planning.
• Willingness to travel globally ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: align cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into integrated process solutions.
• Project execution: deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget with proactive risk and scope management.
• Stakeholder alignment: coordinate across internal/external partners to resolve issues and manage dependencies.
• Organizational leadership: recruit, develop, and retain PM talent with clear accountability and succession plans.
• PM tools and standards: develop standardized tools, dashboards, and stage-gate processes.
• Partnership strategy: engage with engineering firms and system integrators for bioprocessing solutions.
• Closeout & continuous improvement: capture lessons learned for future programs.
