Confidential Client is seeking a Business Development Director, Integrated Solutions to drive regional growth in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and engineering firms to shape go-to-market strategy, advance key relationships, and close complex opportunities in GMP environments.

The role demands solution selling, executive engagement, and strong commercial judgment to position offerings with customer needs and to create long-term revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of business development experience in biopharmaceutical or life sciences.
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-level solution sales from development to contract award.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Create and advance partnership strategies with customers and engineering firms.
• Identify and close complex solution-based opportunities for long-term revenue.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and decision-makers.
• Position integrated bioprocessing solutions to meet customer needs.
• Lead customer engagement and coordinate compelling proposal development.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to align on market trends and needs.
