Qualifications

Our client, a growing investment and development firm, is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead the company's people strategy while overseeing day-to-day HR operations. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for building programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. The position is based in Los Angeles, CA, and reports directly to senior leadership.

Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Strong track record of building effective HR programs that drive employee engagement and organizational success.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.
