Summary – Assistant Director of Human Resources:

• In-office, full time position
• Requires ~15 years of Human Resources experience including 5 years in a management role, with demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition Strategy, Compliance, and Employee Relations. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline required.
• Compensation: $140,000 to $160,000 base salary range; discretionary bonus potential; competitive benefits package

Main responsibilities include oversight of Employee Relations, Talent Management, and day to day HR operations for a well‑established & growing organization.

• Implementation of strategic partnerships to advance HR objectives & business goals
• HR Talent Management
• Execute comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies with internal & external resources
• Oversight of Employee Relations
• Monitor HR Compliance strategies
• Strategic HR Data Analytics

Qualifications – Assistant Director of Human Resources:

• Requires ~ 15 years of Human Resources experience including 5 years in a management role, with demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition Strategy, Compliance, and Employee Relations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline required
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
• Experience managing HR functions across multiple states
• HR laws & regulations knowledge across different states
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies
• Proven project management abilities; Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
