LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a Human Resources Manager for a rapidly growing real estate and property management company. You will lead employee relations, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, compliance, and HR projects while partnering with senior leadership.

This on-site role offers broad exposure across all HR functions, the chance to influence culture, and collaboration with executives in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years of HR experience in a generalist or management role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll, and performance management.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight travel as needed.

A rapidly growing organization in the real estate and property management industry is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join its corporate team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support a wide range of HR functions while partnering closely with leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Reporting to senior leadership, the HR Manager will oversee employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and HR projects. This individual will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters and support a positive workplace culture
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer payroll and employee benefits programs
• Support performance management initiatives and employee development
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content
• Partner with managers on recruiting, training, and workforce planning
• Conduct HR audits and support reporting requirements

Qualifications
