Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior HSSE leader to deploy and support the Global WD HSSE program across the Central Division. You will lead a team to reduce incidents, ensure compliance with JLL policies, and partner with clients and supply chain to raise safety standards.

Based in the United States, the role offers remote work with responsibilities spanning training, audits, performance reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration to protect employees and sub‑contractors

Aufgaben

• Enable the WD business to comply with JLL, cultural, client and statutory requirements in its operations.
• Demonstrate leadership in health, safety and environmental issues and apply the HSSE Management System.
• Facilitate training, audits, measurement and reporting of HSSE performance.
• Support new business pursuits, transitions of new accounts and expansion of existing accounts.
• Promote a positive HSSE culture and influence stakeholders.
• Implement practical risk management strategies.
• Coordinate HSSE monitoring procedures and internal management reporting.
• Ensure the delivery of HSSE training programs and manage relationships with accounts.
