Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior HSSEQ Manager to lead health, safety and environment programs for a major client account. The role covers multi-site operations across the United States with travel up to 20%.

You will manage incident reporting, regulatory compliance, training, and data traceability while partnering with account leadership to strengthen the safety culture and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HSSEQ or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety/environmental discipline or equivalent.
• HSE certification preferred.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSSEQ program for multi-site account.
• Maintain HSSE documentation and records.
• Manage OSHA 301/300 and incident system admin.
• Develop and deliver training and awareness programs.
• Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Investigate events and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with JC A P and client HSSEQ requirements.
