Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a senior HSSE leader to deploy and support the Global WD HSSE program across the Central Division. You will work to reduce incidents and injuries, align with ISO standards, and drive safety culture across WD operations. The role reports to the Central Division Director and focuses on risk management and compliance.

Remote work is available in multiple U.S. locations with a strong emphasis on leadership, training, and collaboration with clients and staff

Qualifikationen

• Experience implementing ISO14001 & ISO45001 standards.
• Ability to lead HSSE audits and inspections.
• Proven capability to perform HSSE risk assessments and define controls.
• Experience building and delivering HSSE training programs.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate HSSE monitoring procedures for timely internal reporting.
• Assist S&P in approving and monitoring JLL contractors.
• Meet operational objectives defined by business leaders.
• Apply a pragmatic, cost‑effective HSSE management approach.
• Identify and evaluate problems, proposing effective solutions.
• Lead HSSE teams and maintain relationships across accounts.
