Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an HSSEQ Lead Senior Director to drive health, safety, and environmental risk management across WD accounts within REMS. You will lead a team, set strategic direction, and ensure compliance with global HSSEQ standards to protect people and operations.

You will partner with the HSSE Division Director, align programs with ISO standards, and support training, audits, and performance measurement to foster a proactive safety culture across the division.

Qualifications

• HSSEQ leadership and program delivery across WD accounts.
• Experience implementing health, safety and environmental risk management programs.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSSEQ team within assigned division portion.
• Support HSSEQ program goals aligned with ISO 14001/45001.
• Oversee training, audits, and performance reporting.
• Manage relationships with accounts, business functions and staff.
• Provide guidance on health and safety risk management at all levels.
