Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an HSSE Director to lead health, safety and environmental risk management for WD accounts in the Central Division. You will deploy the Global WD HSSE program and ensure compliance with ISO14001/ISO45001 across operations.

You will manage HSSE teams, partner with business leaders and suppliers, and promote a proactive safety culture while aligning with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in health, safety and environment.
• Experience implementing HSSE programs and standards.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HSSE monitoring procedures and reporting.
• Support Sourcing and Procurement team in contractors approval.
• Meet operational objectives and drive cost-effective HSSE management.
• Lead HSSE training, audits and incident investigations.
