Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an experienced HSSE Director to deploy and support the global WD HSSE program across the Central Division. You will lead a team, align with ISO14001/ISO45001 standards, and drive safe, compliant operations for WD client accounts.

You will collaborate with business leaders, staff, and the S&P teams, ensuring training, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement across the division’s HSSE activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HSSE programs in large organizations.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental risk management.
• Ability to train, mentor and coach HSSE staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HSSE monitoring procedures for timely reporting of performance.
• Assist Sourcing & Procurement in approving and monitoring contractors.
• Meet operational objectives as set by business leaders.
• Provide pragmatic, cost-effective HSSE management strategies.
• Identify solutions and improvements for existing systems.
