Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an HSSE Manager to lead on-site safety programs, ensure compliance with client requirements, and drive HSSE training and culture across the account. You will be the primary contact for HSSE activities and work with account leaders to deliver strong safety performance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in safety management or related field and 5+ years of HSSE experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HSSE experience in a facilities or real estate environment.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, legislation, codes of practice, and operating procedures.
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational and information management skills.
• Evidence of strong interpersonal skills to establish credibility with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for HSSE requirements and activities for the business.
• Communicate HSSE needs and results to account and business leaders.
• Lead development and refinement of HSSE culture and training programs.
• Provide technical leadership on HSSE regulatory compliance issues.
• Support ISO 45001 & 14001 management system certification activities.
