Job summary

JLL is hiring an HSSE Manager to be a key member of the Account Team. On-site and remote coordination will ensure compliance with JLL and client requirements, with a focus on safety training, incident response, and regulatory adherence across sites.

The role emphasizes developing HSSE culture, leading investigations, and delivering effective corrective actions. Strong communication, leadership, and facilities-management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HSSE experience
• Knowledge of relevant standards, legislation, codes of practice, guidance and procedures
• Good presentation and communication
• Strong organizational skills and information management
• Collaborative management style and credibility with colleagues and clients
• Ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HSSE contact for the business and communicate needs to leaders
• Lead development of HSSE culture and training on the account
• Provide expertise on regulatory compliance and safety issues
• Maintain the account training matrix
• Share best practices with the HSSE Life Sciences team
• Analyze trends to adjust management systems as needed
• Provide KPI and risk indicator reporting to teams
• Oversee investigations of serious safety events and implement corrective actions
• Support environmental compliance efforts and ISO management systems
• Act as the client HSSE communications contact
