Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an HSSE Specialist to drive health, safety, security, and environmental excellence at the Client site in Bradley, IL. You will lead HSSE management systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and advise site leadership on safety culture across operations.

You will develop strategic HSSE plans, monitor metrics, and coordinate training. This role emphasizes hazard control, incident investigations, and sustaining a robust HSSE program within JLL’s facility

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on HSSE in facility operations
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT regs
• Ability to conduct safety inspections and root-cause investigations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and database apps

Responsibilities

• Lead HSSE management systems and compliance at the Client site
• Monitor HSSE metrics and develop plans to meet targets
• Conduct safety inspections and hazard evaluations
• Oversee HSSE documentation and incident investigations
• Direct HSSE committees and training programs
• Develop and update HSSE policies and maintain client relationships
• Manage hazardous waste handling and dangerous goods shipments
