You will work with internal and external partners to support rebate and margin optimization initiatives, using data analytics, complex problem solving, and strategic development in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years work experience.
• 5+ years experience with pharmacy claims data.
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management.
• Advanced Excel skills and data manipulation abilities.
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Responsabilités

• Contributes to development and assessment of strategic initiatives using data analyses and stakeholder feedback.
• Identifies and evaluates new business opportunities to generate savings and margin.
• Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to document needs and build solutions.
• Analyzes complex data and communicates findings to senior leaders.
• Develops analytic and financial models and monitors results of initiatives.
• Mentors colleagues and supports training across the team.
