CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Analytics to lead data-driven decision-making, oversee analytics strategy, and drive program effectiveness across the organization. You will manage a team, deliver dashboards, and guide enterprise-wide reporting and data governance initiatives.

The role focuses on building scalable analytics solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering actionable insights that influence business outcomes in a health-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, financial acumen or relatable experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing, deploying, or supporting analytics solutions within cloud-based data and analytics environments.
• 2+ years of direct or indirect experience in Data Governance and/or Data Quality program roles
• Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable, timely, and accurate data and reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of analysts to develop data-driven insights to provide accurate reports to executive-level management, stakeholders, and team members to ensure continuous growth and development of the business.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement initiatives driven towards the organization's goals and critical deliverables.
• Creates and maintains dashboards and reports that provide insights into key performance indicators that support the organization's continuous improvement initiatives.
• Decides when to leverage data to support strategic decision-making to achieve the organization's goals and critical deliverables for business growth and continuous improvement.
• Creates and executes advanced analytics solutions in conjunction with the organization's critical deliverables to ensure improvement initiatives are successful.
• Manages and prioritizes multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the key deliverables are within the scope of parameters, driving consistent business success.
• Ensures data accuracy and integrity for reports provided to executive-level management, stakeholders, and other individual contributors, driving successful operation of the department and company towards achieving its goals and key deliverables.
• Build, and execute the Data Services, Reporting, and Analytics technology roadmap aligned to our organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify information needs and develop sustainable solutions that support data-driven decision-making.
• Support a common analytics platform that integrates disparate data sources and eliminates information silos.
• Develop and implement reporting strategies, standards, and initiatives to support operational, tactical, and strategic business objectives.
• Actively Participate in Data Governance, Data Stewardship, and Data Quality initiatives to ensure enterprise data integrity, consistency, and reliability.
