CVS Health is seeking a Director of Business Analytics to join the Strategy & Analytics team in Bloomington, MN or Northbrook, IL. You will drive rebate and margin optimization using advanced data analytics, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to reduce costs for participant clients.

You will develop financial models, extract insights, and present complex results to executives. A senior analyst will mentor others as you shape strategy in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of work experience in analytics or strategy roles.
• Deep understanding of pharmacy benefit management and rebate strategies.
• Strong analytical methods and ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Support rebate and margin optimization strategies with data analytics.
• Develop analytic and financial models; monitor results for initiatives.
• Summarize complex data into actionable leadership-ready insights.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to meet stakeholder needs.
• Mentor team members and assist in process improvement projects.
• Present findings to senior leaders and influence key decisions.
