Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Director of Business Analytics to drive rebate and margin optimization. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to develop data-driven insights and present results to executives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Role requires 10+ years of analytics experience, 5+ years with pharmacy claims data, advanced Excel, and BI skills. You will build analytic models, mentor teammates, and lead initiatives to reduce costs for participant clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in analytics or strategy roles.
• 5+ years of experience with pharmacy claims data.
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management.
• Advanced Excel skills and data mining experience.
• Ability to present complex results to executives clearly.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to development and assessment of strategic initiatives using data analyses and stakeholder feedback.
• Identifies new business opportunities to drive savings and margin improvements.
• Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to build solutions for stakeholder needs.
• Synthesizes data into actionable summaries and presents to senior leaders.
• Extracts data, builds analytic/financial models, and monitors outcomes of initiatives.
• Mentors teammates and supports training on various topics.
• Supports process improvement, modeling, and reporting projects as needed.
