You will guide a team of analysts, build dashboards, and develop a technology roadmap for Data Services, Reporting, and Analytics aligned with CVS Health objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analytics or related fields.
• 3+ years in cloud-based analytics environments.
• 2+ years in data governance or data quality roles.
• Experience translating business requirements into data and reporting solutions.
• Experience enabling enterprise-wide analytics and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to deliver data-driven insights and executive reports.
