Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Business Analytics to drive rebate and margin optimization initiatives across our strategy and analytics team. You will synthesize complex data, develop models, and present insights to executive leaders to influence decisions and reduce costs for participant clients.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate with internal and external partners, and lead analytics projects in a fast-paced, agile environment within the CVS Health ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years work experience in analytics or strategy
• 5+ years with pharmacy claims data
• Deep PBM understanding
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in data mining and data manipulation
• Ability to present complex results to executives
• BI and data visualization experience
• Strong collaboration and teamwork
• Strong problem solving and decision making

Responsibilities

• Develop and assess strategic initiatives using data analyses and stakeholder feedback
• Independently identify new opportunities to save costs and improve margins
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to define needs and build solutions
• Analyze data and present to senior leaders in clear summaries
• Extract data, build analytic and financial models, monitor results
• Mentor teammates across the team on topics
• Support process improvement and contract evaluation projects
