Qualifications

• 10+ years work experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with pharmacy claims data.
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management.
• Advanced excel skills.
• Experience in data mining and data manipulation.
• Ability to apply rigorous analytical techniques to develop recommendations for key business decisions.
• Able to produce organized, clear, and concise presentations that summarize issues and opportunities for leadership evaluation.
• Research and analyze the impact of complex business issues associated with Trade goals.
• Adept at business intelligence.
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
• Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the development and assessment of key strategic initiatives using data analyses and stakeholder feedback.

• Synthesizes complex data into actionable summaries for senior leaders.
• Extracts data, develops analytic and financial models, and monitors results of initiatives.
