The role requires 10+ years of experience, 5+ years with pharmacy claims data, advanced Excel, and expertise in business intelligence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years work experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with pharmacy claims data.
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in data mining and data manipulation.
• Ability to apply rigorous analytical techniques to develop recommendations for key business decisions.
• Adept at presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to development and assessment of strategic initiatives using data analyses and stakeholder feedback.
• Identifies and evaluates new business opportunities to generate savings and margin opportunities.
• Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to assess stakeholder needs and build solutions.
• Synthesizes data into clear summaries and communicates results to senior leaders.
• Extracts data, develops analytic and financial models, and monitors outcomes of strategic initiatives.
• Mentors team members on analytics topics.
• Supports process improvement and reporting projects as needed.
