You will drive rebate and margin optimization initiatives, analyzing complex data and presenting executive-ready recommendations. The role partners with internal teams and external partners, mentoring others and advancing process improvements.

Preferred location near Bloomington, MN or Northbrook, IL; role includes bonus and equity components with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years work experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with pharmacy claims data.
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in data mining and data manipulation.
• Ability to present to executive leadership.
• Strong analytical techniques for business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the development and assessment of key strategic initiatives using data analyses and stakeholder feedback.
• Identifies and evaluates new business opportunities to generate customer savings and margin opportunities.
• Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to meet stakeholder needs.
• Synthesizes complex data into actionable summaries for senior leaders.
• Develops analytic and financial models and monitors results of strategic initiatives.
• Mentors others across the team on various topics.
• Supports process improvement projects related to modeling, contract evaluation, and reporting.
