Wolters Kluwer's HCP Solutions Division seeks an Associate Director of Sales, Education and Special Projects to expand the commercial footprint in Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Health Tech sectors. You will manage a team delivering consultative selling of Education and Special products to pharma, medical device, biotech, and healthcare services clients.

The role emphasizes leading a sales team, cross-functional collaboration, and developing go-to-market strategies while ensuring pipeline

Qualifications

• 15+ years of sales executive experience, preferably in healthcare
• 10+ years of experience managing a P&L
• Proven experience selling to Pharma and Med Device/Life Science customers
• Demonstrated success developing and selling new solutions in new markets
• Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Drive strategic growth for domestic and international business by building new educational offerings strategy
• Advise clients on leveraging WK products to boost provider collaboration and regulatory compliance
• Lead, hire and develop a sales team to achieve targets and expand internationally
• Collaborate with publishing, marketing and product to grow offerings for customers
• Develop sales teams to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations
• Manage full sales cycle from strategy to implementation
• Build long-term relationships within healthcare and life sciences ecosystems
• Work cross-functionally to develop go-to-market strategies for industry segments
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting aligned with company goals
• Stay informed on trends in digital health, HCP engagement and data interoperability
