Job summary

Wolters Kluwer’s HCP Solutions Division seeks an Associate Director of Sales, Education and Special Projects to drive growth in Life Sciences, Healthcare and Health Tech by leading a consultative sales team for Education and Special products.

You will work with pharma, medical device and biotech customers to advance therapeutic education, improve provider engagement, and enable data-driven decision-making using WK’s solutions. This is a strategic leadership role with global reach.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of sales executive experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience selling solutions into Pharma and Med Device/Life Science customers
• Experience managing P&L and complex enterprise sales cycles
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Life Sciences, or related field

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth for domestic and international business by developing the strategy behind new educational offerings
• Advise clients on leveraging WK’s products to enhance provider collaboration and compliance
• Lead, manage, hire and develop a sales team to deliver sales targets and expansion
• Collaborate with publishing, marketing and product to grow product offerings for customers
• Develop sales team to deliver compelling presentations and solution demonstrations
• Manage the complete sales cycle from strategy to implementation
• Build long-term strategic relationships within healthcare and life sciences ecosystem
• Work cross-functionally to develop industry-specific go-to-market strategies
• Maintain an accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting aligned with company goals
