Job summary

Wolters Kluwer's HCP Solutions Division seeks an Associate Director of Sales, Education and Special Projects to drive strategic growth across Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Health Tech.

You will lead a sales team in consultative selling of Education and Special products to pharma, medical devices, biotech, and healthcare services, guiding go-to-market strategies and client engagements worldwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of sales executive experience, preferably in healthcare.
• 10+ years of experience managing a P&L.
• Proven experience selling solutions into Pharma and Med Device/Life Science customers.
• Demonstrated success in developing and selling new solutions in new markets.
• Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by developing the strategy behind new educational offerings.
• Advise clients on leveraging WK products to enhance provider collaboration and compliance.
• Lead, manage, hire and develop a sales team to meet targets and expand internationally.
• Collaborate with publishing, marketing, and product teams to grow offerings.
• Develop sales presentations and demonstrations aligned to client objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from strategy through implementation.
