Job summary

Wolters Kluwer’s HCP Solutions Division is seeking an Associate Director of Sales, Education and Special Projects to drive growth in education offerings and expand WK’s commercial footprint across Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Health Tech sectors.

You will lead a sales team across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, and healthcare services, guiding consultative selling and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to deliver data-driven growth.

Qualifications

• 15 years of sales executive experience, preferably in healthcare
• 10 years of experience managing a P&L
• Proven experience selling solutions into Pharma and Med Device/Life Science customers
• Demonstrated success in developing and selling new solutions in new and emerging markets
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth for domestic and international business by developing the strategy behind new educational offerings
• Advise clients on leveraging WK’s products to enhance provider collaboration and HIPAA/GxP compliance
• Lead, manage, hire and develop a sales team to meet targets and expand internationally
• Collaborate with WK stakeholders to identify opportunities to grow product offerings
• Develop sales teams to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations aligned to client objectives
• Manage the complete sales cycle from strategy through implementation
• Build long-term strategic relationships within healthcare and life sciences ecosystems
• Coordinate with delivery, advisory, and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies
• Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting aligned with goals
• Stay informed on digital health trends to position WK as a thought leader
