Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Proven ability to engage with pharma, device, biotech and healthcare services sectors.
• Strong consultative selling and strategic solutioning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth for domestic and international business by developing the strategy behind new educational offerings.
• Advise clients on leveraging WK products to enhance provider collaboration and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GxP).
• Lead, manage, hire and develop a sales team to achieve targets and international expansion.
• Collaborate with publishing, marketing and product teams to identify opportunities to grow offerings for customers.
• Develop the sales team to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations aligned to client objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from strategy through implementation.
