Wolters Kluwer is seeking an Associate Director of Sales, Education and Special Projects to expand our Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Health Tech footprint. You will lead a team delivering consultative education solutions to pharma, medical device, biotech, and healthcare services clients, driving regulatory-compliant growth.

You will guide strategy, manage complex enterprise cycles, and develop partnerships across WK’s delivery, advisory, and marketing teams to position WK as a trusted thought

Qualifications

• 15+ years of sales executive experience, preferably in healthcare.
• 10+ years managing a P&L.
• Proven experience selling solutions into Pharma, Med Device, Life Sciences.
• Demonstrated success developing and selling new solutions in emerging markets.
• Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Life Sciences, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategy behind new educational offerings to drive growth domestically and internationally.
• Advise clients on leveraging WK products to enhance provider collaboration and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, hire and develop a sales team to meet targets and expand internationally.
• Collaborate with publishing, marketing and product divisions to grow offerings for customers.
• Develop sales presentations and demonstrations aligned to client objectives.
• Manage full sales cycle from strategy to implementation.
