Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Director, Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy, Patient Services, to lead commercial strategy and cross-functional initiatives across Business Development, Operations, and Marketing in a dynamic healthcare market.

You will translate capabilities into customer solutions, influence senior leaders, and shape go-to-market approaches while supporting key engagements and enterprise initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, or related areas.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across a matrix organization.
• Experience translating operational capabilities into customer-facing value propositions.
• Experience supporting customer pursuits, including RFI/RFP responses and bid defense.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development leaders to identify, qualify, and prioritize strategic opportunities.
• Support account planning and growth strategies across key customer accounts.
• Participate in customer meetings, RFI/RFP responses, and bid defense activities.
• Guide the positioning of Patient Services solutions for prospective and existing customers.
• Develop messaging, tools, and training that increase commercial team knowledge and effectiveness.
