Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Director, Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy, Patient Services to serve as a strategic leader connecting Business Development, Operations, and Marketing. In this highly visible role, you will help shape commercial strategy, translate operational capabilities into compelling customer solutions, and drive growth across the Patient Services organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, Solutions Consulting, Clinical Operations, Healthcare or Life Sciences Services.
• Experience supporting customer pursuits, including RFI/RFP responses and bid defense activities.
• Strong understanding of healthcare, CRO, clinical research, patient services, or related service delivery models.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across a matrix organization.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Business Development leaders to identify, qualify, and prioritize strategic opportunities.
• Support account planning and growth strategies across key customer accounts.
• Participate in customer meetings, RFI/RFP responses, and bid defense activities.
• Guide the positioning of Patient Services solutions for prospective and existing customers.
• Develop messaging, tools, and training that increase commercial team knowledge and effectiveness.
