Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Director, Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy for Patient Services to lead strategic initiatives across Business Development, Operations and Marketing. You will shape commercial strategy, translate capabilities into customer solutions, and drive growth in a matrixed healthcare services environment.

In this leadership role, you will influence enterprise planning, develop differentiated go-to-market approaches, and guide sales enablement with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• 15+ years in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, Solutions Consulting, Clinical Operations or Healthcare/Life Sciences services.
• Experience supporting customer pursuits including RFI/RFP responses and bid defense activities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and operate across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development leaders to identify, qualify, and prioritize strategic opportunities.
• Support account planning and growth strategies across key customer accounts.
• Participate in customer meetings, RFI/RFP responses, and bid defense activities.
• Guide the positioning of Patient Services solutions for prospective and existing customers.
• Develop messaging, tools, and training that increase commercial team knowledge and effectiveness.
