Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Go-To-Market Strategy for Patient Services to connect Business Development, Operations, and Marketing in shaping commercial strategy.

You will translate operational capabilities into customer solutions, influence GTM approaches, and drive growth across Patient Services, collaborating with senior leaders and supporting key customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• 15+ years in business development, commercial strategy, solutions consulting, clinical operations, or life sciences services.
• Experience supporting customer pursuits, including RFI/RFP responses and bid defense.
• Strong understanding of healthcare, CRO, clinical research, patient services, or related service delivery models.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across a matrix organization.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for customer and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development leaders to identify, qualify, and prioritize strategic opportunities.
• Support account planning and growth strategies across key customer accounts.
• Participate in customer meetings, RFI/RFP responses, and bid defense activities.
• Guide the positioning of Patient Services solutions for prospective and existing customers.
• Develop messaging, tools, and training that increase commercial team knowledge and effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Provide strategic insights that influence investment and growth strategies.
• Help develop differentiated solutions and capability messaging.
