Job summary

Quorum Software is seeking a Director, Total Rewards and M&A to design and deliver compensation and benefits programs for a global workforce while leading HR due diligence and integration on deals. You will own the global total rewards strategy and manage a team of three, partnering with Corporate Development, Legal, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience with global compensation and benefits design.
• Experience leading or supporting M&A activity from HR perspective, preferably PE-backed.
• Experience managing compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries.
• Working knowledge of executive compensation and equity/long-term incentive plan design.
• Experience with benchmarking and market pricing of compensation and benefits.
• Proven people leadership with building high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills translating market data into program design decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global total rewards strategy across regions.
• Lead annual compensation program design and budget planning.
• Own executive compensation and equity/long-term incentive programs; coordinate with Legal and Finance.
• Benchmark programs using market data and surveys to keep pay structures current.
• Maintain global job architecture, pay structures, and salary bands; ensure pay equity and compliance across regions.
