• Deep expertise in US and Canadian compensation frameworks and pay equity.
• Advanced analytics experience building financial models and visualizing compensation data.
• Experience scaling global companies (500+ employees) and using compensation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual compensation cycles (merit, bonuses, equity refreshes) across the company.
• Advise leadership on market data and internal equity to optimize compensation.
• Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on compensation strategy and implementation.
