Job summary

11:11 Systems Inc. is seeking a Sr Manager, Global Total Rewards for a fully remote role based in the United States.

You will lead a team of Total Rewards professionals, set standards, governance, and decision principles guiding rewards globally, and apply rigorous market intelligence and analytics to compensation, benefits, and equity decisions. You will shape pay structures, benefits programs, and governance while collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or University degree in HR Management, Finance, Business, Economics or related field or equivalent years of related work experience required.
Exceptional analytical capability, including market intelligence, benchmarking, and quantitative modeling.

Responsibilities

Set Total Rewards strategy and roadmap across compensation, benefits, incentives, job architecture, pay equity and governance.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals; set direction and establish decision rights.
Advise senior leaders and managers on complex compensation, benefits, retention, pay equity, and rewards strategy matters.
Lead market intelligence analysis for critical roles and inform workforce and rewards decisions.
Set global benefits strategy balancing employee needs, competitiveness, and local requirements.
