Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Technical Training Senior Director to design and implement a comprehensive, organization-wide training program. You will build a structured on-the-job training framework deployed to departmental leaders and trainers, interfacing with senior leaders to secure resources and align training strategy with business goals.

You will lead a team of training professionals, develop curricula for Safety, Operations and Maintenance, manage the GPiLEARN+ LMS, and drive measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Science or Education/Development.
• Lean methodologies to identify root causes and improvements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide curricula development support based on roles.
