Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, California, seeks a Sr. Director of Supply Chain Planning Process to design, implement, and optimize scalable planning processes that support global operations.

You will oversee demand, supply, materials, and production planning within divisional teams, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, finance and deployments to ensure timely, secure delivery of mission-critical systems.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of direct leadership experience in S&OP, S&OE, Supply Chain (or equivalent) in fast-growing industries.
• 10+ years of leading teams that implement complex or large-scale planning systems (SAP, Oracle, IBP, Kinaxis, Manugistics, Palantir, etc).
• Expertise in Planning & Inventory Systems across enterprise; designing, implementing and scaling complex systems and processes.
• Experience in practical AI integration in process environments; automation of process, reporting, and presentations.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Aufgaben

• Develop & optimize supply chain planning processes and standardized S&OP/S&OE and materials planning across the company.
• Set standards and identify gaps with data, metrics, and transparent reporting to drive change.
• Support expansion of central planning team and tools for real-time decisioning and risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and deployments.
• Build and mentor a high-performing planning team; develop onboarding and training programs.
