Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Planning Process to design, implement, and optimize global planning processes ensuring timely delivery of mission-critical defense systems. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and deployments.

The role demands strategic leadership, strong change management, and the ability to scale planning capabilities while maintaining compliance and security standards. A US Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with multiple years of role experience) in planning, supply chain, operations planning, operations finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of direct leadership experience in S&OP, S&OE, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• 8+ years leading teams that implement large-scale planning systems.
• Expertise in Planning & Inventory Systems across enterprise.
• Experience integrating AI into process environments for automation.
• Track record creating scalable planning frameworks and improving mission success.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable S&OP, S&OE, and Materials Planning processes for efficiency and repeatability across the company.
• Establish requirements and use cases pushing planning tools forward and coordinating across teams.
• Set standards and measure gaps with data, scorecards, and transparent metrics.
• Support expansion of Central Planning to enable real-time decisioning and risk mitigation.
