Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Manager of Demand & Supply Planning to lead a team responsible for S&OP and material/build planning for defense hardware. You will forecast, plan, and execute signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing to meet financial objectives in a fast-paced, quality-focused setting.

The role requires ownership of complex supply chains, collaboration across departments, and a willingness to relocate on-site to Costa Mesa, CA. Strong ERP/CRM and data analytics experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is required.
• 8+ years of supply chain/production experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of direct team management experience.
• Experience owns complex value chains coordinating internal stakeholders.
• ERP systems (Oracle/Netsuite) and CRM (Salesforce) experience.
• Ability to read CAD data and technical documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply & demand plans supporting sales forecasts and business strategies.
• Lead the planning team to ensure efficient execution of planning activities.
• Collaborate through S&OP with sales, operations, and finance for accurate forecasts.
• Distill and communicate complex scenarios to executives for decision making.
• Manage inventory to meet service targets while minimizing excess.
• Monitor supplier performance and address supply chain disruptions proactively.
• Improve planning processes for efficiency and visibility across the organization.
• Define KPIs for supply & demand planning functions.
• Prepare reports on program performance including inventory metrics and risk assessments.
• Support new product launches with cross-functional coordination for material readiness.
