• 15+ years in supply chain, materials management, planning or manufacturing operations in hardware/manufacturing.
• 8+ years managing people or leading multi-team functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and stand up an integrated, durable global supply chain function aligned with product development and ramp schedules.
• Own demand planning, S&OP governance, and executive reporting on material readiness and capacity.
• Drive supplier readiness, capacity reservations, dual-source strategies, and risk management.
• Define operating model, governance cadences, and decision rights for planning, inventory, and escalation.
