Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business field; 6+ years in S&OP, S&OE, master scheduling, or demand/supply/materials planning in hardware/manufacturing with NPI experience.
• Track record of improving inventory, forecast accuracy, and supply reliability with accountability across the business.
• Strong data analysis skills; able to identify and fix systemic planning issues.
• Deep familiarity with ERP and planning systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Kinaxis, IBP, or similar).
• Demonstrated ownership, cross-functional leadership, and ability to operate in fast-scaling environments.
• History of leading by influence in ambiguous gaps with limited supervision.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement planning projects from kickoff to execution across planning, supply chain, product, and engineering.
• Design and optimize scalable demand, supply, and material planning processes; document SOPs and drive adoption.
• Partner with Systems and Analytics teams to translate planning needs into tool enhancements and dashboards.
• Leverage data to identify supply-demand imbalances, analyze gaps, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and drive initiatives to reduce waste, improve accuracy, and increase on-time delivery.
