Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Supplier Industrialization Engineering team from NPI to production readiness.
• Oversee supplier qualification processes: APQP, PPAP, FAI and process capability validation.
• Establish and enforce supplier quality standards aligned with aerospace/defense requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align supplier activities with program milestones.
