Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a strategic Product leader to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the global commercial platform. You will translate frontline needs into scalable solutions and partner with TSG and architecture to ensure secure, enterprise-grade results.

You will lead cross-functional teams, champion adoption and change management, and work with senior stakeholders to align priorities and drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years in a client-facing capacity at Bain or recent prior Bain consulting experience at the AP level.
• Direct participation in Bain commercial processes.
• Experience driving adoption and change management across a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong ability to understand partner commercial workflows, pain points, and adoption barriers.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to link technology investments to commercial outcomes.
• Exceptional communicator who can influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bain’s global commercial platform.
• Translate frontline needs into scalable commercial solutions and priorities.
• Partner with TSG and architecture teams to ensure feasible, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Drive user-centered design and rapid validation of prototypes and pilots.
• Lead and develop Senior Product Owner(s) and align stakeholders.
