Job summary

Bain & Company in New York seeks a Senior Product Leader to own vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Bain’s global commercial platform. You will translate frontline needs into scalable solutions, partnering with Practices, TSG, and other functions, while championing Gen AI capabilities.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, direct management of Senior Product Owners, and the ability to balance tradeoffs to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years client-facing experience at Bain or Bain consulting at AP level.
• Direct participation in Bain commercial processes.
• Experience driving tool adoption and leading product teams.
• Strong ability to align stakeholders and drive change in a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bain’s global commercial platform.
• Understand frontline use cases, pain points, and unmet needs.
• Set priorities and investment cases with measurable business outcomes.
• Stay ahead of technologies and translate them into practical, value-driving use cases.
• Lead and champion adoption and drive change management across teams.
