Job summary

Bain & Company seeks a Senior Product Leader to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bain’s global commercial platform. You’ll translate frontline needs into scalable solutions and set firmwide priorities across the platform.

You will lead cross-functional teams including Practices, TSG, and partners, ensuring adoption, alignment with business goals, and effective use of Gen AI capabilities while protecting security and quality.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years in a client-facing capacity at Bain or prior Bain consulting experience at the AP level.
• Direct participation in Bain commercial processes.
• Experience driving adoption and change management in a global matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable product requirements and success metrics.
