Job summary

Expect to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with Partners, Practices, and TSG, and balance technology investments with business impact, including Gen AI capabilities. Hybrid model in LA area with strong leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus and demonstrates advanced business acumen.
• Experience in Bain commercial processes or Bain-level client engagements.
• Proven track record driving tool adoption, process change, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bain’s global commercial platform.
• Translate frontline needs into measurable adoption, revenue impact, and productivity gains.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from ideation to launch and maintenance.
• Partner with architecture, TSG, and security teams to ensure feasible, compliant solutions.
• Lead Senior Product Owners and drive change management across a global firm.
