Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a strategic Product Leader to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its global commercial platform. You will translate frontline needs into scalable solutions, partner with Practices, TSG, and architecture teams, and drive adoption across the firm.

You will lead Senior Product Owners, align stakeholders, and champion the platform to enable measurable impact on productivity, pipeline quality, and revenue growth. Hybrid in-office requirement with global responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years client-facing capacity at Bain or prior Bain consulting at AP level.
• Direct participation in Bain commercial processes.
• Demonstrated success driving tool and process adoption and leading product teams.
• Experience driving adoption and change management in a global matrixed org.
• Strong ability to understand partner commercial workflows and adoption barriers.
• Excellent business judgment linking technology investments to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bain’s global commercial platform.
• Translate business needs into scalable product requirements and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Practices, TSG, and architecture teams.
